How to Add Social Buttons in WordPress RSS Feeds

In today’s world as the social media has gained much importance in the lives of the people so many users want that they should have an access to that button through which they can share their articles or images to any social media. Previously this purpose was served using the feed burner feeds. But now as WordPress do not allow the users to use the feeds so here we will guide you that how you can use the RSS feed to add social buttons on your post.

Firstly, to add social buttons on your post, you need to download the set of buttons. A wide variety of icon sets are available online. After choosing, you need to open your media files. Here click on add new and add the Facebook and twitter icons on your library.

After adding, you need to copy the URL of the file. Open your media library file and click on the icon edit.

Here on the edit page, copy the file URL and paste in the text editor.

Now to add these icons below each page we will use the default WordPress content filter.

Here type the following code in a site specific plugin or in your theme’s function.php file.

 

Now after every post the social icon buttons will appear.
